The competitive design proposal for the reconstruction of a building inPardubice Komenský Square Pardubice
The building is proposed as a government office building with various types of office spaces and areas for dealing with the public. The project removes the additions to restore the division of the building and also adapts the loft area into office spaces. The colors of the interior and exterior are subject to cleaning and lightening. When designing the public areas, the local sports traditions were taken into consideration; a basketball court for summer use and a public ice rink for hockey for the wintertime.
